We put this in my 2001 Honda Civic and it has worked great. It was a little strange at first with the extra brass fittings, but that is only because my car is a manual and those are for an automatic. It has worked great!

Still, you might be needing other parts such as the direct fit lower and upper radiator hose for your truck. The part numbers are GAT20523 and GAT21944.
