After shopping around for a radiator comparing inventory and prices, I found my best option on <a href="http://Carparts.com." target="_blank">Carparts.com.</a> I found I could still get an even better deal if I order on-line. But the faulty web site kept rejecting me and I became frustrated and upset about not having access to the discount. So I called.
When was greeted and ask by a very friendly and pleasant voice ,“ How are you doing today?”, I expressed I was upset with their website which did not allow me access to the discount . She apologized and looked into it, and asked about my order. She was very engaging and friendly and took my order, doubled checked everything and proceed to paying. I asked about the discount and she said she would be happy to do so, and gave me a discount.
Upon taking my personal information it popped out, and she then told me that Yes, I had succeeded in logging in, in the beginning. I got my radiator, my discount, and car fixed. I found the service here exceptional, helpful and very friendly.

Question: I ordered a radiator for my 1999 ML430 and the threads for the hoses do not fit the radiator. Are there adaptors?Julie S. / Mar 04, 2025
Hi Julie, I'm glad to assist you. Upon checking, the radiator you ordered is with transmission oil cooler and engine oil cooler lines (for A/T transmissions). The vehicle application selection shows it should match. We do not carry adaptors for the transmission and engine cooler lines. You can buy those locally from Mercedes Benz parts stores or a local Mercedes dealership.
