Question: this is a metal piece that has a black plactic grip. you lift this piece to release the 2nd row seats that allow you to lift the seat bottom and lift up so you can then place the back of the seat into the bottom seat frame to increase storage area. 2004 chevy surburban 2500 ?Arthur S. / Feb 05, 2021
