Hi Jacob, I am pleased to assist you. No, this is not suitable for the dually. We do have shocks for dual rear wheels (dually). However, there are fit notes that need to be clarified. Hi David, I'm glad to assist you. Yes, this is a guaranteed fit for the front of your truck, with 4WD. This would give a lift of 2.5 inches, however. If you have a leveling kit already, what you will need is a non-lifted front shock absorber (factory stock specifications). The correct part number is R38RS55042.
