The description of this product does not mention anything about hydraulic power, and even the fitment details of the vehicle does not mention anything in regards to hydraulic. I drive a 1998 Toyota Camry LE 2.2L 4cyl, and I know this fits my car, as another product that is labeled as Replacement, looks just like it, but says it has Hydraulic power. I am only asking because this seems similar to the other product that is on sale for 184.99, which states it has hydraulic power, but this one seems identical to the other rack and pinion, but it does not state that it has hydraulic power. I am only asking because I am more interested in this product, as it has 2 outer tie rod ends that comes with it, as this is what I need.
