Rated 3 stars because it fits but it’s a bit loose and has a small gap where water could potentially get inside, I re installed my old one and didn’t have any issues but this one had a gap when I installed it, and I didn’t even tighten that hard because if I do it would have a bigger gap

It comes with bulbs but not the wire harness. Harness, I believe would, have to be ordered separately.

You can reuse the old ones or we suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store. They sell them at most auto parts stores. I hope this helps. Question: 2011 nissan frontier 4 door 31411 lens - only the lens is being replaced and not the whole assembly - to cover tail light assembly passenger side: how to install this - do you glue onto the plastic/rubber gasket which is part of the undamaged original assembly ? if so what glue to use?marianne G. / Aug 04, 2020

It is recommended to replace the whole assembly since is is sealed as one unit from the manufacturing plant. This ensures that the part performs well.

Typically I think you'll want to replace the whole assembly to insure that it remains sealed properly. This came as a whole unit for roughly $45 and is a very easy install. Just a matter of a couple screws and plugging the lights in. If you are going to try and replace the lens then I would use a silicone based adhesive to make sure it seals.

The whole light comes out with 2 bolts. Just squeeze and unplug the three wires, and replace the small plastic clip. Plug on the the wires, screw in the bolts and test the bulbs!
