This part does not fit the 2011 Chrysler 300 C 8 Cyl 5.7L. I could not give a recommendation since the vehicle has 2 types of tail lights. Here is the link so you can choose the right one;

Hi Robert, Yes, this tail light is a direct replacement and will definitely match the other side. If the other side already looks old and faded, it would be best to change both to give the vehicle a fresh look.
