Part is great- once I got the correct one. I was shipped 2 of the same , when I ordered 1 of each. The return process was a pain- had to get a supervisor involved, which he took care of it and the right part was sent.

Hi Timothy, Both of them are OE(original equipment) specifications, the same quality, and fittings. Part # RT73010012 is non-capa certified and part # RT73010012Q is a CAPA certified parts. CAPA certification is the most effective standards-setting, quality assurance program of its kind. Some of our customers are using it for insurance purposes.

Question: In ur heading it’s states Japan built but in the smaller print it also lists North America.  Which is my car made in Canada according to my vin number.  I watched videos with people changing the tail light on the drivers side which is my issue.  Tree branch hit my tail light in a recent storm.  Minor damage but a hole in the top transparent glass and it’s a lease car.  I have to fix but they charge a bundle.  I need to know I watched videos and same new tail lights come with the hardness and some don’t.  I’m a senior and can handle the tail light but not the hardness.  Do I have to change the hardness?  Why do some videos show changing the tail light with the hardness and some without?  This will determine whether I do it myself.A Shopper / Aug 08, 2020
