Answered by Aldrin P. / Mon, Aug 30No it has no gasket the gasket is sorta built into the part now I will say this if your installing the part yourself first make sure you have the right one because if that lever is positioned at the 4 pm setting you may have the wrong part also test the part prior to putting it on you can test it off the vehicle in your home with a multi tester

Answered by John K. / Tue, Aug 31no. but it you install it yourself make sure to position it correctly. You have to twist it in place. I did not do that and had to take it to the shop.
