Hi Larry, I'm glad to assist you. The 2019 ST-Line is originally equipped with a turbocharger. Only the other sub-models of the Fiesta that year are not equipped with one, and unfortunately, you cannot just add a turbocharger to its stock engine. I hope this helps, and we thank you for inquiring.
