Hi Robert,
Please check the factory wheel specs of your 2018 Honda Civic. This wheel is an OE design for the 2016 year Honda Civic but has the same bolt pattern with 2018 year model. It's ok to have this if you prefer to have the 2016 design and the old one matches the size of this wheel which is 16 inches.
