This was an exact fit and bolted to existing holes.

Motor and regulator work well. Installation was straightforward intuitive. Motor seems strong and raises and lowers the window consistently without straining like the original.

Went in pretty easy and works great.
I did use my rivet nut setter for the install with new bolts . I definitely recommend doin it that way if you can,
