It was a very costly experience. My order was made based on an extensive review of all suppliers of the part. But after selecting CarParts and ordering your part which was confirmed as "in stock" the order was cancelled after 3 days and listed as "out of stock". Because of your SNAFU I had to go locally to purchase the part due to schedule of repair. It cost me twice the price. Your mistake cost me an additional $30! Exactly how do you think I feel about your performance and advice to any shoppers?

I only ordered the driver side motor and regulator. Both driver and passenger side where sent(was billed for both). Kept both units, might need passenger side at some point. Installed easily. It works, but now the switch to operate window is reversed(up is down,down is up). The regulator not as nice as factory. Feels cheap, you get what you pay for.

I have replaced my window regulator 2 timies with after market equipment that would only work for a few months. To much plastic and not have enough strength.
The new regulators are constructed with superior made material and appears to be built to last. So far so good :-)
