I brought door to my installer/painter and he didn't want to accept it. He said it was made with thin material and would dent with every bump. The only guarantee I recall was "guaranteed to fit".

Hi Gerald, I'm glad to assist you. The hinge should be bolted on not welded, that depends on the vehicle application still. And the door hinge is ordered separately. The thickness gauge of this metal door is not mentioned anymore since it matches and conforms to the factory OEM specifications of the original door.
