Hi Howard, I'm pleased to help you out. This part is guaranteed to fit the 2010 Toyota Prius Base 4 Cyl 1.8L. For the installation hardware, you'll need the fender liner clips with OE 47749-58010 and for 90467-10183 (9 per side) and grommets OE 90189-06006 and 90189-06013. Hi Edwin, As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.
