There a tiny difference between this and a caba panel. What was most missing was the inner stiffener pad. At minimum this should be offered as an accessory ad on. Otherwise the panel does have a few updates for the most prone part that rusts - this is good!

Fits fine but it does not have the reinforcement inside and so it will bend easily compared to the OEM. One must be careful.

This fender (REPD220101) will not fit your 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 Bighorn Crew Cab. It’s made for the 2019–2024 Ram 1500 Classic models, which have a different body style. You’ll need a fender specifically designed for the 2009–2018 generation.
