Hi Sharrone, I am pleased to assist you. This is a universal pipe and not specific to any vehicle. We do not have the direct-fit flex pipe for the 2016 Volvo XC90. This pipe can be used by a lot of vehicles that require an inlet and outlet diameter of 2 inches, 8 inches body length, and 12.5 inches overall length. You'll have to measure the existing flex pipe to check if this will work.
