I bought the kit with both headlights and fog lights. The headlights came with the bulbs and harness, the fog lights had the bulb. Came well packaged, fit perfect and saves a lot of time and effort having the harness and bulbs, my Jeep looks like a new car and lights the road great THANKS

Yes, the light bulb can be replaced if it goes bad. The bulb type for the selected vehicle application is H11 halogen type.
