Exact replacement and cheapFuel Pump, With Fuel Sending Unit, In-Tank, With Level Sending Unit
5.0/5
The pump came with the strainer and the old gasket was fine so I just used that. One person's hint to put the old gasket back on the tank was spot on. I have had it in for a month and it works good so far. I have had no problems with the gauge reading properly. The price was awesome. I did spend the extra couple of dollars for the 3 year protection plan just in case.

Easy PeasyFuel Pump, With Fuel Sending Unit, In-Tank, With Level Sending Unit
4.0/5
The pump was very easy to install. Just remove the fuse, pop up the back seat cover, and screw some things off. In goes the new one and put it all back together.
The pump supplies all the fuel needed and it's fairly quiet for a pump. Can barely hear it beneath the seat. The only problem I had with this pump is after everything was installed, my fuel level behaves a little weird when the tank is full. When full, the gauge now indicates that it's just above half. After driving 30 miles or so, the gauge goes back up and shows the nearly full amount.

Nice fuel pumpFuel Pump, With Fuel Sending Unit, In-Tank, With Level Sending Unit

2002 BMW 325xi Fuel Pump Replacement: This was one of the easiest jobs I have ever done on any car. Simply remove the back seat, Remove 4 10mm nuts and cover, unplug your old pump, Be sure to vacume any dirt and debris out of the top of the pump now to avoid it falling in your tank when you remove the pump, remove the retainer ring and slide your pump out. Be careful installing the new pump into the tank. Be sure to place your old gasket from the old pump into the tank before installing the new pump, apply and tighten retainer ring, plug in your harness, put the 4-10mm nuts back on the cover, install the seat and your done. Overall job can be done in 20-30 Min. with minimum tools and experience. ( I should also note that it would be best to disconnect the battery To avoid any shorts or fires while unplugging your wire harness )
