Works and fits as it should. It it’s a polymer plastic material instead of the OEM ford metal and polymer but it gets the job done fine

Great quality fast shipping. The factory ones are made of fiberglass and tend to break easily. The one I got through these guys seem to be made of something a little more forgiving, almost like plastic, but almost like composite.

It's not near as structural as an OE part but seems to do the work needed.

As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership parts department. They can also tell you the specifications of the necessary hardware.

You can use this header panel on your 2001 to add 05-07 headlights and grill. Should be a direct fit.
