So far, I am not satisfied with my purchase. There are more flaws than I anticipated. The headlights look nice, but the halos/angel eyes are barely visible during the day and are not bright at all. They might as well not even be there. (Yes, I installed them correctly.)
When I attempted to adjust the lights, the screw on the passenger side for adjusting the lights popped off immediately. Additionally, the projectors are not aligned correctly and are pointing sideways. No matter how you adjust them, they will always be in people's eyes because they are sideways. While you should be able to align them yourself, the headlight lens is glued, making it difficult to adjust them easily, unlike OEM ones.
The rubber seals on top of the headlights were not installed correctly. One of them was on the headlight lens, which obviously is not supposed to be there. When I moved them to the correct position, it left glue marks that are incredibly hard to remove from the lens.
I would return them, but unfortunately, I used one of the boxes they came in as a mat, so that option is no longer available.

Question: Do these HID headlights come with bulbs & ballasts. So I guess I question is can I remove my stock halogen bulbs & headlights assembly & install these, or do I need to purchase a ballast?

Hi Jamie, I'm glad to assist you. These are only plug-and-play on models with HID lights installed originally. If your truck came with halogen headlights, you have to upgrade the wirings and purchase a ballast for each headlight. I hope this helps and happy shopping.

I bought these lights for my 2006 Lexus ES330. Careful, they will fit BUT the main headlights have the wrong adapter. I still kept the lights and most of the lights will illuminate. BUT the main headlights need an adapter.
Most lights worked...so the light bulbs are included and worked fine.
I don't know if I answered your question. I am still trying to get everything together for my Lexus.
