Clips dont come with the headlights. Be careful taking your old clips off so you can reuse them. After you install them you’ll have to adjust them so, be careful that you don’t crack the plastic housing because the plastic is weak and will crack when adjusting the headlights. I used a pair of needle nose pliers to hold the plastic surrounding the adjustment screw then turned it to adjust the headlights.

No- I used the clips on old lights. Lights fit great and worked well!
