Question: my headlights need to be adjusted. On these there is only 1 screw. Which way for up/down adjustment. There is no side to side?Tom K. / Dec 19, 2020
Hi Tom,
Yes, the adjustment is only for up and down position for the regular basic headlight without the adaptive type or with a motor driven curved turning headlight.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Tue, Feb 22Did your car have fog lights originally? There is a switch location for the fog lights on your headlight switch. If you did have fog lights there is still a fuse and a relay that could be bad. If you don't have the fog light position on your headlight switch then the lower bulbs will never work. You would have to take it to a dealership, have them put a correct headlight switch in that does have the fog light position on it and they have to program the computer that you have fog lights for it to work. The cost to do this a couple of years ago was around $500.

Answered by Michael K. / Tue, Feb 22This light assembly has a fog light (small bulb) It has a separate wiring harness and is activated from a switch on the dash. Note: the fog lights work on low beam only. I purchased the harness separately and installed a switch myself as my Jeep did not have factory fog lights. Therefore my fog lights work on both high and low beams.
