Hi Fred, I'm glad to assist you. We do not carry LED headlights for the 2008 Cadillac DTS. This is the factory OEM replacement HID/Xenon headlight set. You will need an HID to LED headlight conversion kit which we do not carry for your vehicle application.

Hi Matt, I'm glad to assist you. I see that you have just ordered this today. The two screw adjusters are at the back of the headlight housing, so you can adjust the focus up and down position. Please check it carefully once you receive these parts.
