Based on the selected vehicle application, there is another option to choose from. The HID/Xenon type of headlight assembly. If you have that original HID headlight, this halogen headlight is incompatible with your car. You will have to buy somewhere the HID to halogen headlight wiring conversion kit, which we do not carry.

Hi Patrick, This is a Halogen Lightsource headlight and does not need a ballast. Only HID/Xenon headlights need ballast. Please double-check the light source of the vehicle's headlight.
