I was able to get my headlight assembly (driver and passenger side) replaced with these parts. They fit well. Replaced it on a 2005 RX 330 FWD (VIN starting with 2T...) with AFS!
I do see many posts stating that you cannot replace the AFS assembly with a non-AFS assembly. It does fit! I took it to a local shop that specialized in installing car lights etc. A technician from a different shop looked at it and said it could not be done; I guess he didn't know what to do.
BTW I did not want to put close to $2000 for an OEM part with AFS. I know I gave up AFS but happy with the replacement for an old car.

Answered by Grace G. / Tue, Jan 17I purchased one for my RX330 ,2004. The socket for the bulb holders was different. Can't imagine why Toyota would make different sizes. I still don't know where my car was made. I guess you will need to go to Lexus dealer. Luck!
