No, there are two ballasts/computer control modules in the back of the headlight that are required, and they are not included with this assembly. I know because I'm in the middle of installing this on a customer's car and the light wouldn't turn on - we realized there are no ballasts on the new assembly and one of the computers/ballasts on the old assembly is fried
