Purchasing the complete assembly was a good investment compared to trying to hand polish the old lenses. Take the old assembly straight out or you'll break the plastic alignment ball.

It is everything you need except any screws that you drop on the ground. I suggest doing the replacement over concrete.

Question: I bought a matching set of these headlights and they look great. There are "bulb" "sheilds" it appears that severely reduces the output of the lights. Are those sheilds supposed to be taken off before installing?Jim R. / Oct 13, 2020
Hello! No, these are required to shield light from blinding oncoming drivers. They are not supposed to be removed

Some sellers sell the headlight assemblies without bulbs. If bulbs are included, they are usually the very basic bulbs. When I purchased my headlights, I also purchased brighter, higher quality bulbs and put those in when I installed the new headlight assembly.
