Part was exactly what I needed. Replaced old, clouded headlights with ones that now allow me to see so much better. Also, this part was actually an improvement over the original in terms of electrical connections.

Price was right. Quality was great and literally over $1000 cheaper than what Honda wanted. Install was not simple but easy enough to follow YouTube videos step by step. Definitely buy clip removal tool and extra clips prior to install as the clips will break if not already broken or missing.

If you mean the bulbs are covered with high impact, then yes. It may not look like it in the image, but it is an integrated assembly the same as the original assembly that came with our car.
