The headlight fits great and looks great! I would highly recommend this for a 2012 Honda CRV. We were very happy to have purchased this and finally fixed the old foggy headlight assemblies.

Part was exactly what I needed. Replaced old, clouded headlights with ones that now allow me to see so much better. Also, this part was actually an improvement over the original in terms of electrical connections.

If you mean the bulbs are covered with high impact, then yes. It may not look like it in the image, but it is an integrated assembly the same as the original assembly that came with our car.
