Hi, CAPA I understand is a standard of quality that these parts have, they have been inspected to pass quality control by the automotive parts association.
I bought this at the beginning of the year to replace it on my nissan Rogue and it looked and worked so well I replaced the other side eventhough the original was still in working order. They are great quality for the price ( $500-600 less than going to get it replaced at a repair shop, I did get an estimate before)
