Hitch fit perfectly on the car. Drilling the holes to install the hitch was not that easy, but overall it was an OK experience. Quality of the hitch is excellent.

Hi Jerry, I'm glad to assist you. No, this is only a towing hitch. You will need a scooter rack carrier that would hold the small scooter on this hitch. Also, you cannot carry a scooter more than 2000 pounds. This hitch can only carry and pull a maximum of gross trailer weight of 2000 pounds.
