Installed on 2014 Mercedes GL450. Install was pretty easy, but I have access to a lift which makes all of the difference.

I ordered the same model number from another site for my 2020 GLS only to find out it’s not compatible as the 2020 models received a redesign in the chassis. Mercedes has forgone any non-installed, after delivery fabrications of this essential part for both 2020 and 2021 GL450 models.
As I was told, “if you didn’t buy it on the car, we are not making it at this time for the car.”

Answered by Andrew B. / Tue, May 31Fits my 2014 GL 450 perfectly. I don't think there's any difference between 2014 and 2015. I don't know what they mean by "hidden exhaust pipes". The exhaust heat shield has to be trimmed but other than that no customizations were necessary.
