Great product. Fits perfectly. I was able to install by myself in less than 20 minutes. The pictures were very dark and hard to see, but they weren't needed because of well written instructions.

Ordered this hitch for my 2012 Ford Explorer and it was easy to install, even by myself only using a floor jack to hold in place while tightening bolts. Viewing online videos on installing did help to ease some of the steps. Such as dropping the exhaust. Anyone looking for an after market easy to install hitch this is the one for you.
