Not too hard to install but you'll need a 17mm open face wrench, not a socket. Not enough room to get a socket onto two of the bolts. Youtube has some good videos on how to install as well. You'll probably need to remove the tie down bracket which is already on the car on the passenger side.
Overall pretty pleased with the product.

Answered by William A. / Sat, Jul 10I did it alone and took about an hour. One bolt was hard to reach with my torque wrench, so it took longer than expected. No harness came with it.

Yes! This is a class 3 hitch so it can handle a bike rack. Just make sure the bike rack has the corresponding to the 2in receiver of this hitch.
