I just received this and installed it. It took me about an hour as indicated in the directions for someone who had never done it before. The bolt holes on the sides are already there, which makes it easy to put get in place. The fish wire worked much easier than I thought it would, but I had a lot of trouble getting it off the first bolt. I ended up just pulling it off with pliers and bending it back in shape for the second bolt. That took longer than anything else. There are several YouTube videos available to show how to install it. They're definitely helpful and explain how to use the fish wire much better than the written instructions.

You’ll get everything you need for standard installation including the fish wire minus basic hand tools. You’ll just need to get your own ball mount and clip
