I ordered it on a Thursday & it arrived the following Monday. After blasting the old unit off my truck with the impact. I lined up the new unit. (Which would have required an additional person.) But I was able to start one side by balancing it on my knee & then raising the other side. Then I tightened it with the torque wrench. Everything went smoothly. I really liked the price.

The agent took my call asked for serial number of my vehicle this hitch was to be mounted. The hitch arrived in three days and fit perfectly.

I got this unit to replace the old rusted out one that was on my truck. The new unit bolted up with no problem. It took a whole 15 minutes doing it by myself. If you had an extra pair of hands installation time would be less.
