Hi Btex, I'm glad to be of assistance to you. This is the actual hood replacement. You will have to remove the old one to be able to install this one. However, the hinges and latch are not included. Hi Alex, I'm more than happy to help. This item has vent holes underneath going to the wiper cowl area. The indentation on top doesn't have holes.
