I received screws to mount the bracket and the clips for the plate bolts but not the bolts

Standard screw from hardware store. The screws that hold the license plate to the bracket are the same that secure the bracket to the front fascia. No extra drilling. Simply remove license plate and old bracket comes off. Could have used same screws but they were rusted. Hardware store supplied replacement stainless steel. Install took less than 5 minutes. No extra drilling.
