Thanks to an unknown individual who backed into my car hard enough to break the license plate bracket, I needed a new one quickly. <a href="http://CarParts.com" target="_blank">CarParts.com</a> had the exact bracket for the best price I could find, and promised a rapid delivery. Hello! These are usually held in place with screws or plastic rivets. It may help to remove the pin or compress the lock from behind the front bumper to remove any clips that are holding this in place.

Upon cross verifying the Toyota OE number, this is not compatible with the 2016 models. This only fits the 2017-2019 Highlanders.
