The price is really good but you get what you pay for. The mirror came out of the box with a terrible ripple throughout the surface of the flat mirror that distorts the image in waves. The ripple is bad enough that in one spot it smears the image (-2 stars but probably should be 3 or 4). I absolutely needed the mirror so will use it for trailering the trip from CA to MT but will likely replace the mirror at the end of this trip. Shipping was delayed but that's not CarPart's fault and they were on top of keeping me informed (+2 stars). Recommend the vender but not this mirror.

Hi Andy, thank you for reaching out! We do not have installation instructions for mirrors. Generally, the glass has a backing plate that is snap-on the housing.
