I ordered a new side mirror for my car that was supposed to be delivered by Feb. 13. The delivery got delayed because of the ice storm in Texas and and after another 2 weeks I still didn’t have my mirror. I called customer service and they were going to send me a replacement for the one I ordered because it was taking so long. But after a few more days the first mirror arrived, before they could send a replacement. I give them a 5 star review for being willing to send a replacement without asking questions.
