It's been so long since I installed mine, I really do not remember. I do remember that I did not use instructions if there were any included in the box that the mirror came in. It is a very straight forward install to figure out. If you remove the panel inside of the car opposite of the mirror you unscrew four bolts and take the old mirror off. Then put in the new mirror and insert the same bolts. Then push the inside panel back on and your finished.

Pull the trim off the inside of the door, the clip is near the center. Behind it are three 10mm bolts. Thats it.

Hi Marcus, As per checking, this mirror does not come with installation hardware (bolts). We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store. They sell them at most auto parts stores.

This should fit the 2013 GMC 3500 Sahara. It fit my 2014 Chevy Express 2500 passenger side door perfectly and I believe they are the same body styles.

It fit my 2012 Express 3500. It should fit your 2011. I have several vans that employees have knocked the mirrors off of. There’s a plastic trim piece the you have to gently pry off the door on the inside. You’ll find 3 bolts with the nuts. Be careful you don’t drop the nuts in the door when you loosen take them off. The old mirror comes off. The new mirror slides in. Gently tighten the nuts, pop the trim piece back in and your done. Takes me about 10 to 15 minutes to replace one.
