Question: I bought a mirror from a different source that had the slot to put the 360 camera from the old oem mirror. But the slot wasn’t deep enough for the mirror. I wanted to know of your mirror would house the camera from the old mirror?James G. / Jan 23, 2022
Hi James, I'm glad to assist you. This mirror does not have a camera hole provision. We do not carry the mirror with a camera hole provision, unfortunately. Answered by Jeonino E. / Sun, Jan 23I had the same problem,I had to cutout the raised ring that was keeping the camera housing from fitting.then when all was installed,I got a blind spot error and side traffic error.I took it all out and had to break out the raised part that guides the large black wire.This allowed the camera to fully jut out .no problems so far.
