Ford no longer has O.E. power mirror stocked for my 2013 F 250. The mirror power folds, power telescopes, is heated for weather conditions along with memory for 2 seat positions. O. E. sold for $1200+. Parts dept. @ dealer suggested <a href="http://carparts.com." target="_blank">carparts.com.</a> My cost $517 + tax ect. 100% satisfied after pro install for fair price. Great product. Super easy to install and works exactly as advertised. It was a perfect fit. My only complaint is the paint to match cap doesn't really match the mirror frame, or the factory mirror on the other side, quite right. However, It's not really bothering me. I would buy this again.

The movement of the mirror was limited to top left or bottom right, you can't electronically move the mirror right or left, up or down. Hi Phillip, I'm glad to assist you. Based on your explanation, there is a possibility of of a loose contact with a terminal/prong connector. Please re check by removing the plugged connectors if there is a terminal/prong that is pushed backwards which would not be in contact with the opposite connector(male or female socket connectors). A possibility also of a wrong wiring terminal position inside the socket connector. A shorted wiring should blow up a mirror fuse if ever. If upon checking and no loose contact is found, please call our sales hotline(1-866-529-0412, ask to be transferred to returns department) for an RMA procedure so you can have it returned with options for replacement or refund. A possibility that it is defective. I hope this helps.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Thu, Apr 15That doesn't sound proper. I installed mirrors on both sides and didn't have any trouble. I was sure to test them before I put the door liner back on incase one didn't work. Check with carparts.com to see about a replacement. I was going to suggest the loose connector as well. Be sure to unplug and carefully plug back in the connectors and make sure the plugs are completely pushed together. I had some difficulty with mine. That's about all I can offer.

Yes, this is with the power telescoping type. The main arms automatically extends outward or inward with a flip of a switch.
