Question: I got one of these a few months back, but a couple nights ago was in a bit of a fender bender, and the mirror snapped off. The base that the mirror was on is still completely intact, no broken pieces or anything, it looks like the mirror was maybe meant to snap off. My question is, if I buy another one, am I able to just take the mirror part and snap it back on top the existing base? That door won't open for the foreseeable future, so I won't be able to do a complete install of both. But if the mirror part can be installed on the base as is, that would be great.
