Both the light and adjuster work perfectly after connection. If you're replacing it yourself, all you need is both a flat and cross-tip screwdriver and a 10mm socket with an extension.

It would have been nice if the bolts to attach the mirror were included. But other than that the mirror is exactly what I was looking for.
