Hi Lance,
Yes. On this set of oxygen sensors, the front and rear are interchangeable.

The upstream and the downstream sensors perform different functions. The upstream (before the catalytic converter) sensor is the more important one because it is used for fuel control since it monitors the level of pollutants in the engine's exhaust and sends this information to the ECU that continuously adjusts the air-fuel ratio.. The downstream (after the catalytic converter) sensor is only used to monitor the operation of the catalytic converter. Other than the sensors having different part numbers and labeling, a second way to tell which one is upstream or downstream is by simply comparing it with the old sensors. They generally have different sensor tip configurations cable length and in some cases, different connectors..
