Hi Manuel, I'm glad to help you out. This set is the right part for the 2007 Nissan Altima S 4 Cyl 2.5L. Bank 1 is the upstream but, code P0138 is indicating the O2 sensor for bank 1 sensor 2 (downstream) fails to have a lower voltage output or a lack of oxygen in the exhaust stream. Bank 2 and Bank 3 are the same part for the downstream located at the rear of the catalytic converter. I hope this helps. No they are not they sent me the wrong parts and I had to go to other auto parts stores to get the right ones. Weather they were good are bad I don't know. No one never contacted me back
