Question: My car shifts into overdrive too soon causing the motor to lug. Will this part solve the issue?Timothy h. / Jul 03, 2022
Hi Timothy, I'm glad to assist you. That symptom could be a bad throttle position sensor. Still, it is best to have your trusted local auto repair shop check your vehicle carefully. We cannot conclude 100% what the source of the problem is. Also, to carefully check and be accurate on the part you need, please provide the complete information of your vehicle (year, make, model, submodel, and engine size). I hope this helps.

Question: My 2004 buick lesabre shifts normally sometimes and other times it won't shift at all, then it will randomly die. Will usually start a few minutes later. I was told this was the vehicle speed sensor. Does that sound right?Rocko / Apr 08, 2021
Hi Eric, I'm glad to help you out. It is possible, however, there are other parts like the shift module that causes the same symptoms. We recommend having your vehicle diagnosed so you can pinpoint which part it really is. You can use the link below if you need to get back to the item page. My 2003 Buick Regals 3.8 engine would stall , then start 30 min later, a new crank pickup sensor behind the balancer fixed it.
